Q: What is a "Lucky Scoop"?

It's a mystery shopping experience! We use a scoop to dive into a pool of treasures (stationery or crystals). What you get is decided by luck, but we guarantee the value exceeds the price paid.

Q: Can I see my order being scooped?

Yes! We film as many orders as possible. Packing videos are usually uploaded to our TikTok/Instagram within 7 days of your purchase. Search for your Order # in our video comments!

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take to receive my treasures?

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, international delivery usually takes 10-25 business days depending on your location.

Q: How can I track my package?

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Order page for real-time updates.

Q: Can I return my scoop items?

Due to the "Mystery Box" nature of our products, all Lucky Scoop sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
