⚠️ The Nature of Our Products
Every Lucky Scoop is a personalized "Mystery Bundle" created in real-time. Because each scoop is a unique, one-of-a-kind curation driven by chance and custom selection:
We DO NOT offer returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference, "dislike" of the items received, or change of mind.
Once the "scooping" process is completed (and especially if filmed for social media), the order is considered custom-made for you.
1. Damaged or Wrong Items
We only replace items if they are defective or severely damaged during transit. To be eligible for a replacement or partial refund, you must:
- Contact us at info@allluckyscoop.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos/videos of the damaged item and the original packaging.
- Provide your Order Number (#XXXX).
2. Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided the scoop has not yet been performed or filmed. Once the order has been processed or the packing video has been recorded, we cannot accept cancellations.
3. Shipping Issues
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. AllLuckyScoop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We recommend double-checking your shipping address before finalizing your purchase.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved due to quality issues, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
